Thoughts as the weekend ends.
July 4th should always fall on a Friday. Simple as that. This nation already celebrates its independence on the wrong day. The weekend is so much more satisfying with an off-day Friday, make this a flex holiday. Apart from ruining the title of this movie I dont see the harm in flexing our Independence Day to benefit everyone from the overworked to the partiers.
Having not shaved in four days, I realize how much I truly hate having to shave every day. I love my long weekend scruffiness.
A win tomorrow for the NY Mets will make it 3 in a row over the Phillies, will leave them only 2 1/2 games back, and could be the momentum building series victory we ‘ve been waiting for. LETS GO METS!!!!
